1、Do you ship out the products on the same day that I order it？
No, your package does not get shipped out the same day you order it; it can take up to 48 hours before your order is shipped out. This is to allow our staff to verify the information for the order, and to make sure there are no mistakes or errors anywhere. Once your order has been verified and confirmed by our verification team, your order will be sent to our packaging and shipping department for shipment. Once shipped, it will take 4-6 business days for the package to arrive, from the time your order is shipped out. (This period of time excludes weekends and holidays and also varies depending on which products you order.)

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, as signatures for our packages are required. This is to ensure the safe arrival of each package to the correct person.
